The Game Capture School™ was established in early 2002 with the vision to address the need for a skills development programme for capturing game with emphasis on practical, hands-on experience for the wildlife industry. This vision resulted in the compilation and delivery of a number of courses aimed at the needs of our clients.

We accept, promote and present different methods of humane capture, handling and translocation of species of wild animals in the game ranching and wildlife industry.

We accept, promote and present methods whereby we can minimize the occurrence of stress, pain, injury and death in wild animals during the capture and translocation process.

The Game Capture School only makes use of competent individuals/lecturers and experienced capture teams in our training programmes.

During all stages of training, capturing and translocation, the welfare of the animal shall be considered. Cruel, inhumane or negligent handling of captured animals will be avoided.

Our Team

With a combined total of approximately 55 years experience and service in the wildlife industry, this team represents the engine room of all operations. They are fiercely loyal to the aims and objectives of The Game Capture School. Expertise and competency are hard won qualities which are clearly well represented in this unique team.
